Academic Summer Camps

Middle School Summer Programs

Junior Forum is the name of SuperCamp's middle school summer programs. Junior Forum is open to students who are entering grades 6-8 in the fall.

Junior Forum's middle school summer camps provide middle school students with powerful learning skills that improve their reading skills (speed and comprehension), creative writing, problem solving, critical thinking, studying, test-taking, and memory.

Our middle school summer programs address the fact that middle school is challenging on many levels. Students often find themselves struggling to find out who they are, what they're good at and what group of friends they fit in with. At our middle school summer camps, students discover their individual learning styles.

Students also participate in real-life activities throughout our middle school summer camps that enable them to make responsible choices and win the support, understanding and guidance of teachers and parents.

Our middle school student camps also are a place where kids make friendships with students from across the country and the world. Many of these friendships last well beyond summer.

All of these components combine to help students discover their talents and strengths and prepare for their transition into high school. Similarly, our middle school summer program is a great bridge into our Senior Forum program for high school students. Graduates of the middle school student program can build upon their learning and life skills fundamentals and personal character development throughout Senior Forum.

Junior Forum middle school summer programs will be held at the following locations in 2010:

Brown University
Lake Forest Academy
Loyola Marymount (L.A.)

Stanford University
Wake Forest University
